2020 South Valley Science and Engineering Fair Entry Form
All 6-12th grade students who attend school or live in Santa Clara County south of San Jose are invited to present their display boards and projects at the South Valley Science and Engineering Fair!

Students interested in participating in the county-wide science fair on March 11-2, 2020 must fill out the separate application for the Synopsys Science and Technology Championship (http://science-fair.org). Only Championship participants are eligible to earn a spot at the California Science & Engineering Fair and the Intel International Science and Engineering Fair.

Projects need to answer a scientific question, satisfy an engineering need, or solve a math problem. Demonstrations and product testings are not acceptable. Prior to experimentation applications must be reviewed for safety considerations. Please fill out a Risk Assessment Form (https://sspcdn.blob.core.windows.net/files/Documents/SEP/ISEF/2018/Forms/3-Risk-Assessment.pdf) if your project involves hazardous chemicals, activities or devices, or microorganisms. Applications are due no later than November 1, 2019
