DMHS Marching Band Pledge Form
The budget for the marching band at Del Mar HS is nearly $35K for this year and includes the costs of additional instructors, transportation, drill writing, music, uniforms, costumes, props and more. It is essential that everyone who participates in the program contribute or fundraise a portion of this amount so that we can create the best possible performance for our students. By completing this form you understand and agree to assist with the fundraising efforts or make a direct donation to the program. The suggested amount we are asking each participant to pledge to raise is $599. However, if you pay on or before Aug. 2 at the Family night, the amount will only be $550.
All Fundraising and pledges must be completed by October 1, 2019 in order to fund the remainder of the season. If we do not reach our pledge goals, we may be forced to cancel competitions and shorten the season. This could have a negative impact on those students enrolled in Marching Band PE. It would also prevent us from having a winter season again.
