2021-2022 PTA Volunteer opportunities are listed below. Please note that each activity/event also has it's general time frame listed as well as a short description.

Yearbook (Various Days; Spring) Like snapping pics or scrapbooking? This is the committee for you! Sign up to take pictures at events or various theme days throughout the year then send them over to the Yearbook Coordinator!

Drama - help decorate the lobby, sell tickets, sell concessions or help monitor kids. This is a great opportunity for Jr. High and High School kids to earn volunteer hours.

6th Grade Activities Treat Tuesday Ice Cream sales at the park, Fall Carnival and other events where your 6th grader can volunteer with you to assist in raising funds for the 6th grade waterslide trip, dance, end-of-year BBQ and other special activities.

Red Ribbon Week (October) Brainstorm theme days, schedule events, take pictures, hand out prizes

Holiday Craft Fair (December) A fun way to spend the morning as a family. Volunteer to help create or run craft tables for short shifts or the whole evening; this is a great way for older Jr High and High School students to earn volunteer hours.

Spirit Wear (September) Help process orders and distribute shirts to classes

Fall & Spring Book Fair (August & May) Help run the register morning, noon or afternoon on days you’re available. Volunteer to set up this fantastic book show or breakdown when the week is done.

Teacher Appreciation Day (May) Help brainstorm the menu, donate items, set up tables and decor and/or serve the teachers lunch. It’s a great way to say Thank You!

Volunteer Appreciation (April) - NEW! Help coordinate a simple morning coffee and treat time to show our thanks to all our volunteers!

Jog-A-thon (October/November) The Jog-a-thon committee needs your help prepping packets, papers and prizes for the event, monitoring joggers, processing donations, handing out prizes, etc.

National PTA Reflections Arts Contest (October-November) - Help display art work and celebrate those who entered the contest.

Family Movie Night (February) Work with student council to choose a PG movie then set up the popcorn machine and free bottled water, play the movie, clean up!

General assistance Want to help but don’t know where? Check this option to be kept in the loop for ways to assist in any upcoming event or activity.
