Master Grief Coach Agreement

Cathy Cheshire LLC agrees to the following for all Certified Master Grief Coaches:

Emailing an authorized certificate and logo including Certified Master Grief Coach's name and the "Certified Master Grief Coach" title to be used for business purposes after certification is complete.

Maintaining a "Certified Coaches" page where Certified Master Grief Coaches can post a picture and link to their website or Facebook page. A link to a personal coaching page on www.CathyCheshire.com where the coache's business PayPal can be linked is an option for those not wanting their own website.

Providing ongoing marketing of the Certified Master Grief Coach program which may bring potential clients to the "Certified Coaches" page.

Remaining current on progressive grief information, update training modules, and keeping Certified Master Grief Coaches informed.

Providing ongoing free brief advice in a timely manner and scheduling in-depth coaching as requested at current hourly rate.

Master Grief Coach applicant for ongoing certification agrees to the following by checking each box. *

I will follow all parts of this agreement to maintain Master Grief Coach Certification and will be liable for any misuse of information.

I understand that I am an independent contractor and not an employee of Cathy Cheshire, LLC https://www.irs.gov/businesses/small-businesses-self-employed/independent-contractor-defined

I will keep my contact information updated with Cathy Cheshire, LLC.

I will participate in free "Master Grief Coach" certification renewal.

I will use "Understanding Grief and Healing" and "Master Grief Coaching" training module information without any verbal or written modifications.

I will relate with colleagues and clients in a "professional" manner at all times. If there is disagreement about what is professional, the description used by Cathy Cheshire, LLC will be used.

I will ensure all client and potential client information remains confidential.

I will report all client complaints to Cathy Cheshire, LLC.

I understand that any changes to this agreement must be in writing and executed by both parties.

I understand that either party may cancel this agreement with at least a 90-day written notice.
