LIVE SOUND 1 -- ASSOCIATE CERTIFICATION TRAINING

WHAT IS IT?
$500 PAID program for ages 17+
4 week intensive course with hands on training
***Audio Basics Completion OR Live Sound 1 Test proficiency REQUIRED (Audio Basics is taught every month, visit our website for more info)**

Build on Audio Basics program
Learn the basics of Live Sound Engineering
Hands-on training alongside professional audio technicians
Learn to setup a small PA system and run a concert
Team-building activities to develop leadership, communication, and other necessary soft skills
Help create an apprentice-run community showcase event
Gain access to entry level positions with local production companies & venues

DATES:
Four-week programs available in July & August
Tuesdays 4pm - 8pm
Thursdays 4pm - 8pm
Friday at The South Side Works "Music On The Mon" concert series

HOW DOES IT WORK?
Attend 48 hours of training
Earn your Live Sound Associate Certification
$500 stipend upon completion of this program
