4-H Alberta Ambassador Application 🍀

This application form is for 4-H Alberta Senior Members who will be continuing in the 2025/26 club year and have been a 4-H Member for a minimum of 3 years.

4-H Alberta Ambassadors are enthusiastic Senior Members that are driven to grow 4-H in Alberta through sharing their 4-H experiences and representing Youth! 4-H Ambassadors will support 4-H in their region and across the province.  Ambassadors will receive training and gain experience in areas they are interested in.

Two Ambassadors per region (14 in total) will be selected, through this application process, for a two-year term. Following the deadline, all applications will be reviewed and potential candidates will be selected for a virtual follow-up interview.

Ambassadors Requirements:
🍀Has completed at least 3 years as a 4-H Alberta Member
🍀Is a current Senior Member in good standing
🍀Possesses strong leadership, communication, and teamwork skills
🍀Passionate about growing and promoting 4-H in Alberta
🍀Attend the 4-H Alberta Fall Senior Symposium October 2025
🍀Attend the in-person Ambassador training at the Alberta 4-H Centre on Battle Lake in November
🍀Attend virtual meetings for all Ambassadors (dates and times to be based on Ambassador availability)
🍀Committed to fulfilling all Ambassador role requirements, as outlined in the Ambassador Terms of Reference.

Ambassadors Selections: 
Ambassadors will be selected based on how they demonstrate the following personal qualities and attributes in their application:
🍀Involvement in 4-H
🍀Leadership both inside and outside of 4-H
🍀Contributions to their club, community, country, and world
🍀Individuality (confidence in who YOU are)
🍀Responsibility
🍀Creativity
🍀Strong communication skills
🍀Passion for helping 4-H grow

ALL Applicants: If you are submitting your application to be a 4-H Alberta Ambassador, plan on attending the 2025 Fall Senior Symposium.  Successful applicants will be announced at the Fall Senior Symposium banquet.

Interview Schedules :
All Interviews will be conducted between September 29th - October 10th subject to availability. Interview dates have been broken up by regions. 4:00-6:30 pm
🍀South and Calgary 4-H Region Interview Schedule: September 29 and 30, 2025
🍀East and West Central and Peace 4-H Region Interview Schedule: October 1 and 2, 2025
🍀Northeast and Northwest 4-H Region Interview Schedule: October 6 and 7, 2025
