The Preppy Pineapple can not absorb returns like big box stores such as Walmart and Target.  We adhere to a strict return policy.  How would you handle a customer that tried to return something that did not meet the requirements to be returned? *

During slow days, we clean the store from top to bottom. If you have time to lean then you have time to clean.  Do you have a problem with dusting, mopping, vacuuming, and whatever else is needed to do to keep busy?   *
Due to issues in the past, we now have a no cell phone store policy.  You may only be on your phone during your lunch break.  There are exceptions to this as indicated in the next question.  Do you understand this policy and promise to adhere to it if hired? *

The majority of our advertising is social media.  Sometimes we may ask you to post to our social media accounts on your personal phone.  Spelling and grammar are of utmost importance because that reflects on us.  Are you ok with this? *
Liking and commenting on our social media posts helps with our engagement numbers.  This is strongly encouraged when you are part of our family.  By posting stories or sharing photos you are building relationships with our customers and letting them know when you are working so that you can personally assist them.  This is part of our branding and being active on our social media is a great way to achieve this.  Are you ok with being active on our social media? *
Due to our branding, we ask that you do not model for any other boutiques during your time of employment with us.  Are you ok with this? *

We do not allow you to sell other like items that are sold in our store.  This includes items such monogrammed shirts, boutique clothing and accessories, personalized items or farmhouse signage. This is a conflict of interest.  Are you ok with this? *
If hired by us, you will receive a specific discount on our items.  This discount is to be ONLY used to purchase items for YOU.  If you are purchasing for family or friends, you will only receive the family & friends discount.  Do you understand this and agree to adhere to it? *
