Welcome to the new RiverFire application for the 2025 season. This year we are hoping to make RiverFire bigger and better than ever. Please read the following instructions and submit your application.

$45 per event participation
Non-profits are FREE
Discounted rates when you sign up for all four events: $45 off total
You will not be charged until you are accepted. Separate Invoices will be sent out.
ACCEPTANCE NOTIFICATIONS:
Acceptances Notifications for each date will be sent by the deadlines below. If you do not hear from us by the event’s corresponding date you have not been accepted for the event.
June 19th: Notified by May 19th
July 17th : Notified by June 17th
August 21st : Notified by July 21st
September 18th: Notified by August 18th
Spaces:
10' x 10'
Setup will happen in Saugatucket Park.
Must have proper weights for tents, no stakes. At least 30lbs per leg.
This is a night event, so please be sure to have lights for your setup, electricity will not be available.
Join the Wakefield Village Association and the southern Rhode Island community at RiverFire this year. Held along the Saugatucket River, enjoy the beauty and ambiance of Downtown Wakefield during the height of our tourist season. This is a family friendly event that will run through the Summer and into the Fall, attracting people from all over Rhode Island. We will have music and food trucks in the park as well as entertainment from the Contemporary Theater.
Only hand-made artisan items will be accepted. No MLMs or resale will be considered.
