Looking to get involved? The PFA has many opportunities for you to be involved at JMUES! Please complete the below form for any activities that may interest you, and our Volunteer Coordinator will reach out as volunteer opportunities of interest to you become available. Generally, any of our weekly volunteer opportunities can be worked on a rotating basis with other volunteers if you are not able to commit to every week. This type of rotation will be scheduled through our Volunteer Coordinator at the start of the school year. We are looking forward to a fantastic school year - thank you!

Please note that it is required for all volunteers to (1) complete three Vector online training courses, and (2) complete a background check. Background checks will be required for either: (a) persons that have not been previously fingerprinted for Merrimack School District (MSD), or (b) persons that have been previously fingerprinted for MSD but have not volunteered or worked within the district for more than 365 days. Jaguar Jamboree Volunteer (in-school opportunity to be a part of the Jaguar Jamboree, Jun)

Spring Book Fair (in-school options for setup, daytime help, or tear down; TBD)

Fundraiser Volunteer (throughout the year giving support when needed)

Year Book Volunteer (at-home opportunity to help organize and set up the layout of the yearbook)

Notes: (1) if more than two parents sign up for a room parent per classroom, a lottery will determine the room parent, and (2) the PFA is working to finalize a list of all teachers that would like a room parent as not all MUES teachers request a room parent. The PFA will notify all volunteers that wish to be a room parent of the status by end-of-month Sept.
