Meadow Park Room Parent Form '25-26
Thank you for your interest in being a Room Parent!  Please tell us about yourself and your interests below.

*If you are a Kindergarten family: Class assignments will be final Friday, August 22 after school. Please wait to submit this form until you have your final teacher assignment.

*Please note: Submitting this form does not mean you are a Room Parent. We often have many submissions per class and we will be in touch once selections have been made.

*If you have more than one student, you might only be Room Parent for one class. Please fill out this form for each student. Thank you!

Overview of Room Parent Involvement:
  • Room Parent: supports teacher as needed, helps organize social events, birthday/holiday gifts/teacher appreciation week, please be mindful/inclusive of ESN classes in your grade level.
Once Room Parent assignments are finalized, there will be a Room Parent Overview meeting via Zoom.

Room Parents are requested to be registered to volunteer with IUSD. Please register with IUSD here: IUSD Volunteer Sign Up  This needs to be done every year even if you have signed up in the past. *
