We're looking for maintainers who are welcoming, kind, nurturing, and over all nice people. We're looking for projects that already have an existing community around them. As much as we'd like to respond to everyone who nominates someone, we simply don't have the time, so don't expect a response unless we have questions about the person you're nominating. Hopefully this doesn't stop you from making the nomination.
