Upon approval, billing will be suspended, not exceeding four (4) weeks, for PERIGON Memberships. Billing will resume after the hold period ends.
If your hold is due to health concerns or injury, provide a doctor's note, medical certificate, or similar documentation, and your hold will not count towards the permitted hold days.
Please note that all PERIGON Memberships on hold remain subject to the 30-Day Cancellation Policy. To cancel your membership, complete the required Cancellation Request Form and inform us via email at STUDIO@PERIGON.CO to activate your 30-day cancellation notice.
You have the flexibility to cancel your membership at any time with a 30-day notice prior to your next billing cycle. To start the cancellation process, fill out the required Cancellation Request Form. Once you have filled out the form, please notify us by sending an email to STUDIO@PERIGON.CO. This email serves as an official confirmation of your intent to cancel, and the 30-day notice period will begin from the date we receive your notification. Once submitted, our team will reach out within 72 hours to confirm your request has been processed.
