Is your library doing interesting things with your Virtual Reference program? Solved a problem that has been plaguing your VR? Maybe you've found a new tool that has made chatting easier?

The Washington State Library is planning a conference on the topic of Virtual Reference to be held on March 18, 2016 at Highline College in Des Moines WA (very near Sea Tac Airport).

We would like to offer 45 minute sessions and/or hands on workshops, or 15 minute short talks,. We know you are doing great and innovative things. Please consider sharing your expertise with your peers.
