3littlebirdsmarketLLC@gmail.com to be considered. Your application will only be considered upon receipt of this information.
Merchandise must be hand-crafted, vintage, or upcycled or boutique style products approved by the 3 Little Birds Market LLC.. Display and/or selling of any merchandise not listed in your product description will be disallowed. All Artisans are responsible for appropriate permits, required product labels and licenses, health & safety descriptions, and collection of all appropriate sales taxes. Vendors are responsible for their own debit/credit services and fees and taxes. Indiana tax is currently 7%.
3 Little Birds Market is not responsible for individual business sales tax. Vendors agree to save harmless the 3 Little Birds Market (and its creators) and the ‘host’ property shall not be held responsible for any sickness (for example Covid-19), loss or damage as a result of vandalism, theft, or an act of God.
By agreeing to these terms, you are agreeing to abide by any social distancing guidelines set forth by 3 Little Birds Market LLC. If market is cancelled due to restrictions set forth by the Health Department, State of Indiana or venue, the fee will be transferred to the rescheduled date, refunds will NOT be issued.
