2025 Royersford National Night Out Registration

Organizations must register by July 18, 2025.

Royersford joins the national movement of a "Night Out Against Crime" providing an evening of FREE fun and education for families.  If you are a community organization, first responder, government agency, or non-profit interested in having a display space during the Royersford National Night Out, please fill out this registration form!

During the event, you may do any of the following: Provide information about your business or organization, give out free samples, have a game or craft for kids, provide food, snacks or beverages, provide information or education about your services... Just remember, everything must be FREE! **We will make every effort to fulfill requests for the location of your space at the event. Please email royersfordnno@gmail.com by July 18 if you have a specific location request** Note that you are not guaranteed the same location from year to year. 

Please mark your calendars for the big day and plan to arrive between 3:00 - 4:15 p.m. (no later than 4:30 p.m.!) All vendors must check in on S. 3rd Ave at the start of the event as directed! This is when you will receive the location of your space. Please drop your items at your location, go park, and then return to set up your space. Parking is available on the streets around the event. Vehicles will be allowed at booth locations after 8:00 p.m. to facilitate tear down of your space. 

As you prepare, please know that we ask you to provide your own supplies: tables, chairs (and we recommend a pop-up tent for shade). You must provide your own electricity and sound equipment, if applicable. Please avoid setting up on the grass and sidewalks. Rear tent legs need to be placed on the curb and secured with some sort of weight. Please plan to maintain your table until 8:00 p.m. There will be no vehicular traffic permitted on the streets before this time! Please make sure that whoever will be running your booth is aware of these guidelines.
