Not well. Thinking back to my time in the City I wonder if I maybe had too much frustration when staff were averse to any of the changes I was trying to implement. I tried so hard to find "solutions" like a digital tracking system for contract approvals, or digital training guides that could be adapted to new practices but I don't know that I took enough time to understand the root causes of the problems I was trying to solve and whether the solutions worked for people around me. I think I was more concerned with checking a box.
