Not well. Thinking back to my time in the City I wonder if I maybe had too much frustration when staff were averse to any of the changes I was trying to implement. I tried so hard to find "solutions" like a digital tracking system for contract approvals, or digital training guides that could be adapted to new practices but I don't know that I took enough time to understand the root causes of the problems I was trying to solve and whether the solutions worked for people around me. I think I was more concerned with checking a box.

With anxiety. I think about the change I am about to face with co-op and the fact that I cannot seem to keep up with coursework because I am so overwhelmed with the next 4 months. However I think some amount of caution is good when proceeding with change.
With an understanding of why change needs to happen, and guiding principles around how change should be centred and directed

Yes - because you learn skills and techniques around quick thinking and managing your emotional responses to change
No - because your personal change is something that carries much more weight and has a much more focussed responsibility towards yourself
Maybe - are we different people at work than we are at home? Where do we draw that line?
