ABOUT OUR SUMMER SCHEDULE:
We have designed our summer programs to provide the greatest number of athletes the opportunity to participate in these activities. Some of our outdoor sessions will have a large capacity, but since volunteer participation tends to be lower during the summer months, caregivers will be asked to stay on site and experience the event with their
athlete for many programs. Other programs have limited capacities (i.e., 10 athletes per canoe trip, 8 athletes per sailing, etc.). For these sessions, if we receive more applications than available spaces, we will use a lottery system to decide who to enroll, prioritizing Athletes who have not previously participated in a past similar event. Given current program demand, we are unlikely to be able to enroll your participant in every program they request, but will do our best to get each athlete in programs they will enjoy.
With the exception of our trampoline, bowling, drumming, and swimming sessions, all programs will be held outdoors. Some programs have an indoor backup option, while others do not. We will keep registered families informed of any weather-related
changes to our summer schedule.
