Responsibilities:-Obtain a Food Handler Certification within 30 days of employment.
-Prepare a variety of non-alcoholic beverages, including coffee and tea, while maintaining consistent quality standards.
-Bus tables and perform spot sweeping and cleaning of the dining area as needed.
-Process guest orders and accurately handle cash and payment transactions.
-Greet guests in a friendly and professional manner.
-Follow company standards for merchandising, stocking, rotating, and storing products.
-Demonstrate strong knowledge of the menu, products, and self-ordering kiosk system.
-Maintain a clean, organized, and properly stocked counter area on a daily basis.
-Assist in maintaining overall cleanliness and appearance of the restaurant.
-Work collaboratively with team members to provide excellent customer service.
Requirements:
-Excellent customer service and communication skills.
-Ability to communicate effectively in both Vietnamese and English.
-Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
-Reliable, punctual, and team-oriented.
-Previous restaurant, server, or barista experience is preferred but not required.
