Please complete this form to be entered for a chance to win $500 to spend on new books from Underdog Bookstore for your classroom library.

Sponsorship Forms and Applications for K-12 teachers are now open. 

One successful applicant will be selected at random for every $500 sponsorship received.

We’ll work with each teacher to curate the perfect book order for their students. This could include classics, new releases, nonfiction, bilingual books, or books featuring diverse representation of BIPOC, LGBTQ+, Neurodiverse, or Disabled characters. 

Terms & Conditions:

-Verification as a K-12 Classroom Teacher required

-Successful applicants will be contacted directly by Underdog Bookstore 

-Book orders may be delivered locally in SGV/LA County, or picked up from 312 S. Myrtle Ave, Monrovia, CA, 91016
