The Science of Regulation with Heather Wright (MA, CAR, SEP, BCST)
Many studies show that trauma is one of the leading causes of emotional dysregulation, which can have a huge impact on relationships. Emotional dysregulation is a nervous system issue that is best addressed at the embodied level.
Please join us as we welcome Heather R. Wright, Somatic Integrationist and Advanced Rolfer, as she takes us through an accessible, experiential conversation on the science of safety: how to self-regulate and build capacity within our bodies. Tea and snacks provided, space is limited to 25 students per session.

October 11th from 2-4p.m. and October 18th:  LSC 308, 6-8 p.m. in LSC 300
