SASC Competitive Tryouts Spring 2016 Pre-Registration
Please complete the following form if you are interested in having your child attend Competitive Level tryouts.  Boys born between 1/1/2005 through 12/31/2009 & Girls 1/1/2003 through 12/31/09 should attend open tryouts for the Spring 2016 season.
The club will be holding age pure group tryouts to place players on newly formed and existing teams. For example, if your child is born between Jan 1, 2005 through Dec 31, 2005, they should attend the 2005 age group tryouts. Special circumstances may apply. Tryouts will be held on Dec 5, 6, and 12, dates (see official schedule) at the Sunnyvale Soccer Complex.  Please arrive 15 minutes prior to the start of the relevant tryout event, with a soccer ball, cleats, shin guards ready to play.  No email confirmation will be sent for registration.
