Purpose
As part of developing our plans to ensure an inclusive and diverse Glamorgan CCC, we are seeking to understand the lived experience of people from a diverse background and their interaction with Glamorgan Cricket. We would therefore be grateful if you could answer this short survey.

This questionnaire asks what your current experience is of dealing with Glamorgan Cricket across several themes. Please respond by Sunday July 11th 2021.
