We're excited that you're interested in being a teaching assistant at TADA. In order to be considered, you must be enrolled in weekly dance classes at TADA, have parental consent, and be at least 12 years old.

Responsibilities include: help kids line up before class begins, demonstrate dance movements correctly alongside the lead teacher, accompany kids to the studio/bathroom, help dancers put shoes on, help dancers with hair, ensure dancers have their personal belongings when they come and go, watch the safety of the front door, take dancers from the front door to the lobby/studio, capture social media content, and organize the borrow shoe bin.

In exchange for their time, teaching assistants can choose to:

1) Volunteer: volunteer service for academic credit and/or placement on your resume as Community Service Volunteer or

2) Receive tuition credit towards their TADA classes: Each hour worked will be valued at $13/hour and deducted from tuition payments.

This is a 10-month commitment that runs from August 4, 2024 through May 17, 2025.
