International Night 2026 Performer and Flag Bearer Sign Up

International Night is on Thursday, February 12th, with TWO performances at 4 PM and 7 PM in the Black Box Theatre! ✨

International Night is a cultural showcase celebrating diversity at Edmonds College!

  • Students, faculty, and community members of Edmonds College share their culture through music, dance, and the arts. With the intercampus support of the Center for Student Engagement and Leadership, Housing, and Office of International Programs, we are able to share our dedication to teaching, learning, and community through this showcase!

We invite you to sign up for any of the following areas: 

  • CLOSED - Performer: We invite you to audition yourself or a group to share your culture through the arts. We will focus on your performance's content and cultural relevance more than the quality. This means you must prepare a song, dance, poem, etc. showcasing your home country or culture. Actual performances should be about 5 minutes or less. We might be able to make exceptions depending on the performance. Performers must be available to perform on both shows at 4 pm and 7 pm of International Night and attend all important dates below. 

AND/OR

  • STILL ACCEPTING Flag Bearer: Represent your country by being a flag bearer! This requires no audition. There is one meeting before the rehearsal night.  Flag bearers must be available to perform on both shows at 4 pm and 7 pm of International Night and attend all important dates below. 

IMPORTANT DATES:

  • Sign Up Form (this form) Due: Friday, Nov. 14, 12 p.m.
  • Attend In-Person Audition: Friday, Nov. 21 (Choose time slot below) in Black Box Theatre
  • First Video Check-In Due: Friday, Jan. 14, 12 p.m.
  • Sound Check and Flag Bearer Practice: Monday, Feb. 9, 3-6 p.m.
  • 1st Act and 2nd Act Practice: Tuesday, Feb. 10, 3-6 p.m.
  • Dress Rehearsal: Wednesday, Feb. 11, 3-6 p.m.
  • International Night: Thursday, February 12th, 4 p.m. and 7 p.m.
