FREE PCSC STUDENT ALL SPORT PASS TO ALL PHS ATHLETIC EVENTS

IF YOU HAVE A PASS FROM LAST YEAR -- IT'S STILL GOOD!!!

LET'S GO ...... You are about to sign up for a free ticket for either yourself (a PHS student) or your child for all PHS Athletic Events for the 2025-2026 School year (NOT INCLUDED -  IHSAA & NLC tournaments)  

AFTER YOU FILL OUT THIS FORM......Please understand the following...
  1. Within a few days, you will be sent a digital pass (Personalized QR CODE) via the EMAIL that you will provide us.
  2. You MUST HAVE THIS PASS available for scanning when you enter a PHS ATHLETIC EVENT.
  3. All PHS students may enter WITHOUT an adult. 
  4. All students K-8 MUST ENTER WITH A PAYING ADULT who is attending the athletic event.
