Fourth Congressional District DFL Elected Position Questionnaire
Screening - Please fill out this form if you would like to be considered by the CD4 Nominations Committee for recommendation to any of the below positions at the convention on May 3rd, 2026 at North Central States Regional Council of Carpenters Hall: 710 Olive Street in St. Paul. Registration will begin at 10:00 AM, and the convention will be called to order at 11:00 AM.

Numbers in brackets indicate the number of positions that are open for the district. The gender balancing rules adopted by the CD4 and Ramsey County conventions will control for positions that have multiple seats and for the Ramsey County Chair and Vice Chair positions

Note that screenings will be done via Zoom and a link with a Calendly survey will be sent for you to select a one hour block that works for your schedule. Your screening will be 10 minutes and after you select the date and hour that works for you, the Nominations Committee will confirm that there is capacity for your screening. Screenings in a given hour will be conducted on a first come basis based on the number of available committee members to conduct the screenings.

Further, note that you do not need to be present at the convention to either be recommended by the committee or to be elected at the convention.

State Standing Committees (Members will be expected to report out to the executive and central committees and will be part of the standing agenda. Travel may be required for in-person meetings). You may choose more than one.
State Convention Committee Members: You may choose more than one. These are critical positions to prepare for the state convention. Travel to the state convention in Rochester is required.
Ramsey County DFL Positions. You may choose more than one.
