The CIRCULAR BIOCARBON Project requires that anyone who decides to take part in it provides explicit consent. Your participation in the activities of the Project is completely voluntary, and you may withdraw from them at any time. You can ask as many questions as you consider necessary before deciding whether or not you will be taking part in the Project. All data or information you provide will be kept confidential and securely stored and retained unless otherwise required by law.
Your personal data will be processed manually or through automated means. All the necessary technical and organisational measures to ensure confidentiality, integrity and to avoid the unauthorised access of third parties will be employed.
In accordance with Chapter III of the GDPR, you have the right to access personal data related to you, rectify them in case of inaccuracy, erasure, objection to the processing due to legitimate reasons, portability, and not be subject to automated individual decision- making, including profiling, at any time.
