SPECIFICALLY, PLEASE TAKE NOTICE THAT WITH LIMITED EXCEPTIONS, ALL DISPUTES BETWEEN SELLERS AND GOODMAN AUCTION REGARDING THIS AGREEMENT ARE SUBJECT TO BINDING ARBITRATION ON AN INDIVIDUAL BASIS RATHER THAN JURY TRIALS, INCLUDING CLASS ACTION LAWSUITS, IN COURTS AND ONLY SPECIFIC REMEDIES ARE AVAILABLE TO YOU.


REGISTRATION for Bidders

--  All Bidders must register before the auction by filling out this registration form.
--  All bids must take place in the BIDDING ROOM  
--  After you register you will get an invitation or added to the bidding room
--  All Buyers must pay 5% buyers fee.
--  All Buyers must pay all network tx fees, payment sent minus tx fee.
--  All Buyers must follow the escrow instructions that will be sent via email.
--  NFT Auctions reserves the right to not allow you to take part in the auction
