Rocket Lawnchair 2018
We're back this year with Rocket Lawnchair: Mixed Club Ultimate and we want you to join us!

After finishing 10th at Regionals in 2017, our goal hasn't changed: we still want to play good, competitive, and (most importantly) spirited Ultimate with fun people. Gender equity, community inclusion, and SOTG are main pillars of our team and will play pivotal roles in our decisions throughout the season. We'll practice twice a week in Ann Arbor, attend a few (relatively) nearby tournaments, then finish our season with the series.

This year, we'll be holding tryouts to help us select a well-balanced (skill and spirit-wise) team for the 2018 season; we'll send out a set of requirements, expectations, and other logistical details as we approach the tryout dates. To hold you over until then, we're hoping to get outside for some pickup when the weather allows. Keep an eye on your email!

Tryout 1.0: Saturday, April 7 from 11:00 AM - 2:00 PM at Wall Park
Tryout 1.1: Saturday, April 21 from 11:00 AM - 2:00 PM at Wall Park
Tryout 2.0 (Invite-only): Saturday, May 12

If you are unable to attend our tryouts, please let us know in the comments section below.

If you make the team we'd expect you to show up to practices and run hard, but we don't intend for this to be a super-serious venture. We'll have a team meeting (date and location TBD) to discuss our goals for the season and make sure we're all on the same page.
