It is important we understand why your nominee should be selected. Please include a situation/task that your nominee performed. Explain what steps, role they played and what the end results of their efforts.

An Example: Susie worked on the Ted political campaign. She canvassed, made calls, was there every day of the campaign. As a result, she knocked on 500 doors, made 100 calls which raised $500 and with a smile for 90 days straight! Ted won because of hard work like Susie.
