MST Group/Camp Survey

Please take a moment to review the potential private-pay groups that may be offered at Morris Speech Therapy this summer. We are gathering information to determine interest as we plan daytime and evening groups for children, teens, and adults during the summer months. Weekend and evening groups may also be available in the fall.

At this time, pricing has not yet been finalized. We are first assessing interest; more detailed information, including scheduling and cost, will be shared with families once we confirm group offerings.

For each option listed, please indicate "Yes" or "No" based on interest in attending.
