The convention will be held Friday, February 3 through Sunday, February 5 in Colorado Springs, CO.
Please submit this form as early as possible and before 1/12/2023. Forms submitted after 1/12/2023 will need to pay the full price, unless previously communicated with Leah.
Each Affiliate & SBO organization is allowed up to two free registrants (one male & one female and/or BIPOC). Please provide their information on this form, so that we can register them. USA Ultimate staff needs to register affiliate participants so we can comp their fee.
USAU is providing hotel accommodations for Affiliate/SBO organizers for two people per room at the Hyatt Place – Garden of the Gods, the same location as the convention. Please let us know who you would like to room with.
USAU is providing a $250 travel rebate per affiliate/SBO organization that attends the Organizer Convention. No receipts needed.
