This is our puppy application. We use this as a tool to screen prospective buyers to confirm our puppies  are a good match for your household. Please note although lengthy, we ask all this because we care deeply about successful, lifelong, matches between puppy and owner. Puppies require potty training, crate training, and extensive socialization early in their life. We do our part to set up the puppy for success in these departments, but ultimately you play a massive role in your puppies life. Do you understand that puppies are a lot of work but if done correctly, the end goal is absolutely worth it?

All Von Maqqedah Haus puppies are sold on limited AKC registration, no breeding. This is to preserve the integrity of the quality lines we have established and regulate. Our puppies are intended to be pet or working dogs. Do you understand this?
