Arts & Scraps Store Scholarship Application
The Arts & Scraps Store Scholarship Fund was established to resources teachers, students, artists, nonprofit organizations and small businesses with supplies from our community store. This evaluation was created to assess if the Arts & Scraps store will be able to provide the supplies needed for your specific project needs.

This form is to be used to obtaining funding for one specific project, not for sustained funding.

Examples:
-"our organization is requesting $30 to spend at the community store to buy decorations for our spring fling fundraiser."  -
-"I need to buy supplies for my classroom winter projects. Paper, writing tools and abstract items to use for story creation. I believe i could get all these supplies with two bulk bags or $16"
-"I am trying to find large bolts of fabric for back drop creation for my photography studio. Its a lot of fabric needed, but i think at the community store i could get it all for $50."
-"We need drop cloths and placemats for our daycare snack time. An $8 bag should cover it."

After you've submitted
Once you submit your application we will review it to see if we can provide the supplies needed. If we can provide you with the supplies needed we will send you a follow up email to schedule your shopping time. Please be aware that scholarships are granted based on your needs. When shopping with your scholarship we ask that you use these funds for the items requested and not a general supply shopping trip unless otherwise specified.
