I have read the rules and agree, on behalf of my organization, to cooperate with Sellersburg Celebrates! Parade officials to ensure a safe and organized parade. In consideration of your accepting my entry, I intending to be legally bound, do hereby for myself, my executors and administrators, and those of this organizations, do waive and release forever any and all rights and claims for damage to myself or this group that may accrue against the Sellersburg Celebrates! Inc., the parade sponsor, and others involved with the Sellersburg Celebrates! Parade, as a result of this participation.
