Where is Your Plan B?

Stores that sell Plan B One-Step are required to sell it “over the counter,” which means they must stock it on their shelves like any other product. If they sell Plan B One-Step, they must sell it to any woman of childbearing age.

Please go to your nearest store that sells a variety of over the counter and prescription medications, and look for Plan B One-Step. Then fill out this form online. You may find it easiest to fill out the form on your phone, while you are still at the store. If you don’t have a smartphone, print out this form, fill it out at the store, then the next time you are on the internet, fill out the form online.

The Reproductive Justice Project will use the data you and others submit to create a map showing where Plan B One-Step is available; where its sale is illegally restricted; and where it is legally available but simply difficult to obtain.
