Welcome to MYT – Masquerade Youth Theatre: where words and gestures combine to define the complete personality of any performer – actor, speaker, teacher, preacher, pastor or president. For these are all leaders in a society. Which one do you want to be?

At the workshop, as a participant, one would get opportunities to play with the given material like a child with a spoon and discover new approaches. One would get to learn the upkeep of an actor's most precious possession - oneself. One would soon realize the power of the body, the gesture, the space and movements beyond words can explain!

Who can attend ?
The workshop for Camp Neuve 6 is to be held at Hippocampus, Indiranagar, Chennai and is restricted to people between 13 and 19. Number of participants restricted to a maximum of 20.

How long is the workshop ?
Camp Neuve - The sessions would run at 2 and half hours a day for a total of three weeks (12th May to 30th May) from 4:00 p.m to 6:30 p.m.

What about the fee ?
The course fee would be:

Rs. 3000/- per participant for the Camp Neuve workshop ( 13-19 years), payable either by Cash on the 1st day of your attendance at the workshop upon filling a registration form in real time, or by cheque. Just bring along a cheque for the required amount on Day ONE and we'll fill along the details as to who the cheque should favour.

If you feel, you are ready to roll over, physically get dirty then read below.

1. What to wear ?

Casual loose, stretchable clothing is mandatory. Loose T-shirts & loose three-quarter or full bottoms recommended. Avoid tight denims/jeans or any material that restricts movements or makes for any sort of discomfort for yourself or other participants.

2. What to bring ?

Bring water a-plenty.

3. Listen, I am very interested, but I can't afford the workshop. So.... is there any financial support by way of waiver or scholarship?

Yes. Upon successful completion, there is the possibility of a full fee refund by way of our acknowledgement of your contribution to the workshop and co-participants. So how would you know?! For starters, you don't absent yourself and give your full energy and participation at the workhsop. Then... hey... give it a shot, even if the no. of refunds are limited to ONLY TWO participants.

4. Do you have to declare something?

Yes. very important part of the form. You will be asked to physically sign a declaration on the first day of the workshop. For now, please read through the declaration carefully.
                                                                         
DECLARATION

"I, as the participant (aged 16 or above) / parent/guardian of the participant (the participant is aged 15 or below), hereby agree to abide by the rules of the workshop as would be spelt out by the Workshop Director on Day 1. I understand that any conduct on my part / the part of my ward that may disrupt the proceedings of the workshop sessions would entail in my/his/her/their being suspended from further participation for the remaining duration of the workshop. I also understand that there is no refund of participation fee under any circumstances, unless I find a replacement agreeable to the workshop director, if my non-participation occurs before Day ONE. I have fully understood the declaration above"
