Thank you for your interest in commissioning me! By filling out this form, you are added to my to-do list. Please answer these questions to the best of your ability so I can most accurately invoice your order.

TERMS OF SERVICE
• Payment will be upfront via Paypal or Zelle.
• Payment must be received before l can start working on the commission.
• You may use your commission for any personal, non-commercial use. (Use as a profile pic, banner, print it for yourself or as a gift.)
• If you would like to sell the piece, an additional charge will be added. (Ex. If you want to make prints and merch to sell).
• I reserve the rights to decline a commission if it is uncomfortable for me.
• Once piece has been started, commission is non-refundable.
• Commissioned art may be used as an example of my art style, or posted on my social media.
