A Helping Tutor Student Registration - Summer 2021
A Helping Tutor is a free online enrichment service organized by high school students in Boston! We focus on helping students that need it the most, including low-income, immigrant, and English as a Second Language students or students with educational needs and/or disabilities. Please fill out the form below for important information concerning your child so that we can best equip them with the academic services they need.

We are so excited to welcome you to A Helping Tutor! We're seeking your consent to your child's participation in this tutoring service as well as to collect and use certain information about your child to provide these services. In order to provide services we will collect the following information about your child.
1. child's name
2. child's contact information
3. child's grade
4. information about their eligibility as a priority student
5. information about academic needs
6. information about language needs.

By signing your name in the Consent Form below and selecting the checkbox below, you give A Helping Tutor consent to collect, use, and disclose such information for the purposes of arranging tutoring, as set forth in the Privacy Policy.
