Pre Enrollment Questionnaire
Thank you for your interest in Little Squirrels DayCare. Please read over the Contract and Handbook and let the provider know if you have any questions. After any initial questions are answered an in person interview will be scheduled. Interviews are held after 5:30pm Monday-Friday. During the interview the provider will discuss in more details the daily schedule, curriculum, discipline, nap, and meals. This is also the time that you and your child can see the space of the daycare. 

The provider will reach out to you for an interview when a spot is available.

Please note that when a spot becomes available multiple families may be interviewed. The provider will give interviewing families a timeline on when a final decision will be made.
