Doing it again!
We combined events last year to make it even larger. The RRISD Celebration of Families event will be happening at the same time meaning more families visiting!

2,000-3,000 students and families will attend
Live performances by students to bring constant traffic
Summer camp fair announced to entire Round Rock School District of 54,000 students!!!!

Many families go hungry and need services each year. The Round Rock serving center provides food, vouchers, clothing and needed resources to families in need. Join our Summer Camp Fair and Empty Bowls Festival and support those in need while you get the word out about your camp to thousands of families. Round Rock Area Arts Council who is a non profit 501c3 is assisting the Empty Bowls festival by engaging summer camp vendors to participate.

Deadline for submission AND PRINT is Monday April 3rd at noon

Set up 9 am-11
Event 11-2 pm
Clean up 2-4

Booths will be in and outside with stage music and potters
Rain or shine ( will be moved inside if inclement weather)
Booth is space ONLY. Vendors need to bring their own tables, chairs, and displays.
(we may have some small tables but plan on your own set up)

We are a 501c3 nonprofit and all donations are tax deductible.

Check/payment need to be received by RRA (Round Rock Arts) within one week of submission and no later than March 27th. Checks can be dropped off across from the Round Rock Library on Main street at the ArtSpace, call first to ensure open as it is staffed by volunteers or drop it off at the city offices to Scott Wilkinson c/o RRA and Empty Bowls Festival

Release I - Agreement In consideration of the opportunity to display my work to the public, and other good and valuable consideration, the adequacy and sufficiency of which is hereby acknowledged, I, the undersigned, hereby agree that by submitting to participate in the Round Rock Empty Bowls Festival, I am agreeing to the terms of this. I acknowledge that RRA reserves the right to accept or deny any submission with or without cause. I further agree to grant RRA permission to publish in all media, my name, artwork, and my location for use in press releases, print, television, and the internet. I further agree to participate in a program whereby the RRA may release such information to other persons and entities. I acknowledge that I have read and understand all terms contained in this waiver and agree to be bound by its terms. II – Waiver of Liability The RRA will not assume any responsibility for loss or damage. The RRA strongly suggests that all exhibitors carry their own personal property insurance. III – Sale of Exhibit Items The sale of any exhibited items or services at the festival is between the seller and the individual buyer. The RRA is not responsible for the promotion of sales. By signing this application form or signing an electronic copy via the on line application, Applicant agrees that the RRA reserves the right, in its sole discretion, of the type of arts, crafts, sponsors, and vendors that can be displayed during the festival. I agree to abide by all the rules set forth in this application for the: Empty Bowls Festival I understand the above requirements and will abide by them. *
Logistical Information
