The Schedule Change Request form will open Friday, August 16th at 6:00pm. The Schedule Change Request Form will close Thursday, August, 22nd at 4:00pm to allow School Counselors the opportunity to modify schedules before the beginning of the school year
On the first day of school, August 26th at 6:00pm, the Schedule Change Request form will reopen and remain open until Friday, August 30th at 4:00pm. Classes will be locked, without further schedule modification, on Friday, August 30th at 4:00pm.
In an effort to be equitable and efficient, only requests submitted via this form will be considered. Requests sent via email and/or left via voicemail will not be considered. Additionally, although the School Counseling team LOVES when students pop-in, please note, schedule change requests made during a pop-in visit conversation will not be considered. Please complete each prompt below and submit this form for schedule change consideration. Thank you in advance for your understanding.
