Story Cloth Circles: Registration 10/7/2020
The Disparity Prevention Program aims to improve the lives of children who have developmental disabilities and their families with unified community support along with Alta California Regional Center and community partners. The Story Cloth Circles Project aims to raise awareness about developmental disabilities within our Hmong community through the collection of stories and experiences.
The Hmong Story Cloth Circle- Disparity Prevention Project is a program operated by Hmong Youth and Parents United (HYPU). HYPU is a non-profit organization established in 2012 with the vision to empower underserved communities by providing and promoting educational, social, health, and economic opportunities to underserved communities in the greater Sacramento region.
