The Organizer reserves the right to modify or substitute any of these rules and regulations of the Event from time to time as they deem fit. Whilst every reasonable measure will be taken by the organizer to ensure the safety of participants, all participants are running at their own risk. The organizer will not be responsible or hold liable to any injury or death arising during the race. The participants are required to provide correct personal particulars when signing up for the event. The Organizer reserves the right to use any photographs (including those of participants), motion pictures, recordings or any other media records of the Event, for any legitimate purposes including commercial advertising.
