Agreement and description
Thanks for your interest in downloading the National Officer-Involved Homicide Database (NOIHD). Upon signing this document, we will provide you with a full compressed data set in Stata format, as well as a codebook describing all of the variables in our data set and the merges we undertook to create the datatabase. You will receive the link in the response to this form.

In order to receive the data, we require a few conditions: Please check the boxes below, and sign and date, indicating your agreement with these conditions.
