The Mama Market Vendor Application for March 23rd, 2019 in Mississauga!
We will be hosting The Mama Market at the First United Church in Mississauga on Saturday, March 23, 2019.
Unfortunately at this time, not all vendors can be accepted as we have a very high volume of applications. We will review all applications and choose the vendors with the intention of creating a diverse selection of goods!
Due to an increase in the venue, our fee has gone up slightly. Vendor fee is $220.
The market is open to the public with free admission and begins promptly at 10:00am finishing at 2:00pm.

1 6ft table and 2 chairs are included in the vendor fee. You have a 6x4ft space. *

We will be having 25 swag bags for the market. Would you like to donate? This is a great way to advertise your business as we will also do a social media post on your company/product. *
Do you require any additional support from us the day of the market? For example, anything that is critical for the set-up of your booth... electrical outlet or wall (limited wall space). You will need to provide your own extension cord should you require. *

We will be reaching out to select vendors and at that point, your spot is only reserved once payment has been received. Please submit payment within 48 hours of your application acceptance. Please include your company name in the notes section and make the password mamamarket. *
I acknowledge that refunds are not permitted but your deposit is transferable up until 7 days before the market. Should something come up, we can transfer your balance to a new show. If it is within 7 days before the market, you will not receive a refund/transfer to a new market.
You acknowledge having been fully informed of the following and hereby agree as follows: 1. Set-up time will commence at 9:00am sharp and must be completed no later than 9:50am. 2. Failure to display set-up prior to 9:50am will result in the forfeiture of your participation . 2. There is no guarantee as to the number of patrons attending the event. 3. The Organizers are not responsible for any lost or stolen property of the Vendor. 4. Payment is non-refundable. 5. The Organizers reserve the right to cancel or reschedule the event, if it will be delayed, hindered or prevented because of any unavoidable delay, including lockouts, unavailability of materials, inclement weather, acts of God or any other cause beyond its reasonable care and control. 7. The organizers have permission to and will use logo of the vendor and various photos to promote the event. 8. The vendor will not make any statement or permit or authorize any statement to be made which is reasonably likely to damage the reputation of the organizers orally or in writing or any form of social media.
