Please complete this form if you would like your student to receive academic support from a Peer Tutor during PIT.  Once, the form is submitted, an assistant principal will meet with your child to discuss the student's needs and our expectations.  Peer Tutoring is not intended to help students with work completion.  It may take up to two school days for your student to start tutorials.
