I hereby authorize The Missouri Reader (TMR) and Missouri Literacy Association (MLA) to publish the photographs, videos, posters, and/or writings sent by me, for use in TMR’s print/online publications, website, advertisements, and/or educational conference materials.

I release TMR and MLA from any expectation of confidentiality for myself and attest that I have received permission for submission of each student’s work from a parent or legal guardian.  This shows that I have the authority to authorize TMR and MLA to use each student's photographs, videos, and other projects for publication.

I acknowledge that since participation in publications and websites produced by TMR and MLA is voluntary, neither the minor children nor I will receive financial compensation.

I further agree that participation in any publication and website produced by TMR and MLA confers no rights of ownership whatsoever. I release TMR and MLA, its contractors, and its employees from liability for any claims by me or any third party in connection with my participation or participating students.
