What does it entail?
I give you a structured plan for cleansing, nourishing and maintaining a healthy lifestyle during the purification process, tailored to your needs. Along with the necessary whole food (not synthetic) supplements, we will give you a variety of  recipes to chose from that will support your major organ systems with the vitamins, minerals and other nutrients necessary during your cleanse. Yes, you read that right- this cleanse includes eating as much of the foods from the included shopping list as you like! Through the process, you’ll learn how to transition to a new, healthful way of eating that will continue your journey toward a clearer, brighter, lighter way of life now and in the years ahead.
This cleanse has a coordinating app for checking in on changes in symptoms, scheduling reminders to take your supplements, and looking up recipes when you are at the grocery store.
