This registration form is to register a table along Abraham Lincoln Circle (the road behind the Hotchkiss Field bleachers) on Saturday, October 25, 2025.
PLEASE READ CAREFULLY; you will find all necessary information included in this form, unless otherwise noted.
Further details (such as set-up time, take-down time, and the like) will be shared as they are finalized.
Your booth at Homecoming will not be guaranteed unless you pay your fee at
https://commerce.cashnet.com/SBG.
Please note in the memo "Homecoming Booth Fee". Fees are mentioned below in the form; fees vary.
PLEASE NOTE:
- Student clubs and organizations are permitted to a FREE BOOTH and do not need to pay a fee, but STILL MUST REGISTER.
- Canopies will not be provided, please bring yours if you want one.
All outside organizations are required to complete this form AND submit their vendor paperwork with Gallaudet University; you can do so here.If you are an outside booth whose sole purpose is to share information
, you do not need to submit further paperwork.
A Certificate of Insurance (COI) is required from all other vendors, and business licenses, where applicable, may be required.
Businesses selling food MUST submit their business license. For any questions about the
